Our room had the option for either two beds or one big bed. They had really nice clean sheets and the bathroom was updated 🛏️.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Refrigerator made noise turning off and on. Staff said they were aware and there were plans to replace them.

Newly renovated, clean and quiet. Good breakfast choices.

Heat control was difficult to maintain. Staff said it was due to be replaced.

The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and updated with a bathroom and TV. The hotel was in a good location, in a lovely area with a beautiful view of the countryside.

The location was good - just off the interstate but far enough not to be noisy. The view of the mountains was great.

The room number was missing from the door and the room key didn't work. The manager's key did work and they issued a second key, then a third and changed out the batteries in the door lock but we never did have a working key. Only one of us at a time could leave the room or else we had to have a manager let us back in.

The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and staff was very helpful and accommodating.

There were a few small maintenance things that would need attention, but the other benefits made up for it.

The rooms are a good size with a bathroom, TV, and sofa. The pool is clean. The hotel is in a convenient and comfortable location near Sagebrush restaurant and a mall with Ruby Tuesday's.

We like good breakfasts every day. Yours was the best we ever had, with very helpful staff. The room was spacious and had all the features we like best.

Took a too-early exit with too lengthy drive getting there. Wish there had been a billboard saying which exit to take. (We were driving north on the interstate). Wish you had a map for easy exit in the A.M. Verbal & existing maps not adequatel.

This place is in a great location near Marquee Cinemas, the rooms are nicely updated and well-equipped, and the area feels safe for a good stay with satisfactory breakfasts.

Breakfast good, room clean, bed comfy. Remodeling going on and what they've had done so far is nice.

Shower curtain issue as shower rod not put on correctly, therefore, curtain remains half open when showering. Only 1 guest key given even though 2 guests. Hotel is very disjointed. Areas C & D are not connected to the main bldg., therefore, you have to go outside and around to get to lobby, breakfast, etc. Pool was FILTHY and wouldn't dream of swimming in it as well as it being rather difficult to access. Maid started knocking at 8:30a.

their rooms are always well-appointed and updated with tv, sofa plus updated linens. the staff is highly courteous and knowledgeable, that's an advantage. it has favourable, comfortable setting, just off wytheville and the surrounding area and convenient to sagebrush restaurant.

Cozy room with everything you need: private bathroom, shower, and a hairdryer 💁‍♀️. It's quiet here, so you can relax and enjoy your stay without any disruptions.
